Dr. Lunsford and his staff always make me and my children feel very comfortable and welcome. I also LOVE the fact that we never have to wait when we have an appointment. As a busy mom, this is a huge plus!

First Visit

On your first visit to our office, you will be treated like a welcomed guest of our practice family. We pride ourselves on the excellent patient services we provide and it will be evident the first time you walk in the door.

If you have had a chance to complete the new patient questionnaire before you come to the office, when you arrive we can get started! Our Patient Care Coordinator will give you a tour of our office, introduce you to the staff, and then you will be taken to our new patient examination room. We will take some imaging photographs and an x-ray and then you will be joined by the Doctor.

At this time, Dr. Lunsford will talk with you and do a brief initial exam. He will discuss any concerns or questions you may have about your teeth and possible orthodontic problems. If Dr. Lunsford determines that you do have an orthodontic problem that could be corrected with orthodontic treatment, he will give a recommended treatment plan. The Patient Care Coordinator will discuss the Doctor’s diagnosis, treatment plan, and the financial options available.

Our desire is to be sure you are communicated with effectively, have all of your questions answered, and are fully informed about the benefits of your personalized orthodontic treatment plan.
