Your appointment is reserved just for you. We want to accommodate your needs for a convenient appointment in every possible way.
Because of the large number of our patients who are in school, it is necessary to schedule some of your appointments during school hours. When you schedule your appointments, if you rotate the time of the day and day of the week of your appointment, you should never miss the same class in a school term. Also, the utilization of school holidays and vacation time should minimize the amount of missed school.
Timeliness of appointments is critical to the smooth progress of your orthodontic treatment. We appreciate when you are making appointments that you consult your family and business calendar on order to avoid any conflicts.
Insurance
Our office is happy to work with your insurance company to help you obtain your maximum benefits in the most timely fashion. In most cases, we are able to accept direct payment from the insurance company.
